Positive: The property was delightful. The home was really lovely and comfortable with a fully equipped and functional kitchen. Negative: Detached bathroom. A small axe for firewood would be helpful.

What an amazing place bringing us back to earth and reality. Watching the river flow and the birds doing their thing was so calming. The gardens are beautitful and so peaceful. we will go again and again

The location and set up of the stay was spot on, with nothing left wanting. Be aware the property is steep down to the river, so if you have restricted movement or similar that may be an issue, but the river and surrounds can easily be soaked in from up at the premises. Fire was providing plenty of heat for the time of year, bed was wonderful. Also nice and close to town to nip into the bakery then down to the river

Cosy and warm little place with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Surrounded by nature, such a beautiful place to unwind and escape.

Positive: The place was well set up and so cosy . Regular visits from birds made it such a pleasure . Everything you need is in the house . Books , games big tv comfy couch and heating . Even tho the bathroom is outside it was well heated and roomy. Negative: Sadly no fish in the river is all i can fault
